Day 80 - Weigh In - 120209
Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Animal Crackers (70 cal)
Meal 03: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, low fat cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (280 cal)
Meal 04: Apple slices (40 cal)
Water Intake: 2 qt.
TOTAL CALORIES: 480

I made it to day 80! I really think Thanksgiving and the other night when i splurged, really messed up my body, as far as weight loss goes...not sure though. even though it wasnt as much as prior weigh ins, im still happy about the results:) And im really looking forward to the next weigh in. i gotta stay focussed, with bday parties and christmas parties...it might be tough, but im tougher dammit! lol. and seriously, it wil feel so nice to get out of the 330lbs range. i weighed 333lbs when my first son was born...almost exactly 4 years ago!
