Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (100 cal)
Meal 02: protein bar (180 cal)
Meal 03: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies with hot sauce, low fat cottage cheese with salsa, 1 piece low cal toast, (330 cal)
Meal 04: Apple Slices (40 cal)
Water Intake: 3 qt. crystal light
TOTAL CALORIES: 650

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
ps: learned that my hot sauce actually has calories! who knew? 30 cals to be exact:) good day for sure..no major cravings...feels good to be back on track!

Feeling good, but tired...and a few cravings. I'm good mentally though, just because i feel like i know what to expect. i think this week will be the toughest..but im tougher! lol. I didnt realize how low i am on cals, itll just now. i'll need to get those up more. i might start eating a protien bar for lunch, increasing my cals and everyhing else. i really wanna try to be around 550-600 cals per day. So anyways, today was as good as i expected.:)

Back in the game!! Yup I gained nearly 16lbs! This is the reality of things. But I'm positive about continuing this journey. Im happy the holidays were so much fun, but its over with and im dedicated even more so to this!! I believe my next weigh in is Jan 11, 2010. Here we go 2010 - bring it!!!:)
