Day 113 - 010410


Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, low fat cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (280 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (40 cal)


Water Intake: 2 qt. 1 crystal light packet (5 cal)

TOTAL CALORIES: 415

EXERCISE:
None

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Feeling good, but tired...and a few cravings. I'm good mentally though, just because i feel like i know what to expect. i think this week will be the toughest..but im tougher! lol. I didnt realize how low i am on cals, itll just now. i'll need to get those up more. i might start eating a protien bar for lunch, increasing my cals and everyhing else. i really wanna try to be around 550-600 cals per day. So anyways, today was as good as i expected.:)

  1. Hooray about upping the calories and protein a bit. I think you will notice a difference in how must faster you lose fat when you eat enough calories each day..you will lose faster at, say, 1200 calories a day than the 400 cal days. It is weird, but true.

    I'd love to read that you were pushing some weights around.....do you have any?

If I ruled the world.....lol....I'd have you on 20 ounces of protein (chicken, lean beef, eggs, fish) a day, 4-5 cups of cooked veggies and 4-5 cups raw veggies...and 1-2 pieces of fruit for a mid-afternoon snack (just fruit..nothing else with that snack..helps it digest better). Veggies and protein cooked in 1 T (at least) of olive oil or coconut oil. Mid morning snack would be 1/2 to 1 oz of almonds or macadamia nuts.

    I bet that would be about 1200 calories a day...and I bet you'd feel VERY full and very satisfied..and you'd lose weight like a crazy-dude.

    But, of course..I do not rule the world. I know...I know....I always come over here and harrass you. Sorry. :)
