Day 127 - 011810


Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (100 cal)
Meal 02: protein bar (180 cal)
Meal 03: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies with hot sauce, low fat cottage cheese with salsa, 1 piece low cal toast, (330 cal)
Meal 04: Apple Slices (40 cal)


Water Intake: 3 qt. crystal light

TOTAL CALORIES: 650

None

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
ps: learned that my hot sauce actually has calories! who knew? 30 cals to be exact:) good day for sure..no major cravings...feels good to be back on track!

  1. I like that calorie number better than the old one. You feeling better? I have added protein bars from time to time but find that they make me crave stuff....erg. When I add plain protein (chicken, beef, eggs) instead, I find that I crave less. Maybe it is the soy and/or whey and sugar that is many of the bars. Not sure.

    I have lost focus this past few days...and, really....have just been "maintaining" this past month or two. I am trying to get myself back on track, too....so I can FINISH what I have started. So....I am sending you good thoughts....and hoping they rub off on me, too. Stay strong. Don't be afraid to add some pure protein and/or veggies if you are having cravings. You have lost 48 pounds so far....that is great! Keep the faith!
