Day 50 - 110209
Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, low fat cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (280 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (40 cal)
Supplement: Benefiber 2 servings (30 cal)
Water Intake: 2 qt.
TOTAL CALORIES: 440
EXERCISE:
Speed Squats 8x1 minute intervals 1x2 minute burnout

So today is day 50! WOW! I cant believe im already a quarter of the way there...day wise! lol. im sure it will take a little longer than 200 days to reach my goal weight of under 230lbs. and today was....okay. like i stated in my video, i was having a small craving for sweets, which i think might be because i had so much sugar on halloween...i mean up until then, i could care less about sweets..but tonight, i did find myself thinking about them, when i saw others eating some. but i think this is a good lesson for me...what i eat, i crave! if i eat healthly foods, i crave healthy foods..when i eat junk food, i crave...well you got it:) on to other things, my feet. they feel almost 100% better! i was so glad to have done my cardio, i only wish i hadnt waited so long to do it. doing it this late was tough because daylight savings is telling me i was doing cardio at like 1am...soon ill be use to the time change. and as far as taking the benefiber, i hope it works...ive been pretty backed up since Friday! seriously!!! anywho, im glad to be at day 50 and cant wait to see what the next 50 days will bring...hopefully no more gout...knock on wood:)
