Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, low fat cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (265 cal)
Meal 03: Apple slices (40 cal)
SUPPLEMENTS: Benefiber 2 servings (30 cal)


Water Intake: 1 1/2 qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 425

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
i really need to find something else to add to my diet, to up my cals about 50 cals or so. that will be my mission for tomorrow...and i need to drink more water...EVERYDAY!
