Meal 02: Turkey Burger, 2 cup Veggies, (380 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (40 cal)

TOTAL CALORIES: 510
EXERCISE:
Speed Squats 8x1 minute intervals - 1x2 minute burnout
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
OH MAN! I went over my caloies today by 10 cals! just kidding im not worried about it. ive been so low on cals for the last few days, 10 over isnt going to hurt me...or is it? lol. overall a great day!:)
