Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, Egg Beater 1 tablespoon of salsa, 1 piece low cal toast, (315 cal)


Water Intake: 2 qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 405

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
WOW! I didnt notice how low cal i was today until i wrote it down. i ran out of cottage cheese today, so i had an egg beater and salsa instead on my dinner toast...and for some reason i (wifey) didnt remember to cook up any mini turkey sausages. i still felt really full at dinner. i didnt have any apples either, so i didnt have any apple slices tonight...i mean i feel fine, but i dont like being so low cal...rest assured ill be up towards 480'ish tomorrow. speaking of tomorrow, i cant believe day 50 is already here! its seems like only week 3 maybe 4...but here we are finishing out week 7! im excited for week 8, i really am. i want to get my cardio back on schedule. thanksgiving is in about 25 days and i want to be in better shape when i see my family at thanksgiving dinner. im also excited about weighing in on the scale in less than 11 days...i wonder if i gained weight from yesterdays pigging out...if i did, thats the price i must pay:) who knows though, maybe it did me some good. i dont know. anyways, goodbye week 7, and hello week 8!!!
