Day 60 - Weighing In - 111209
Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, low fat cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (250 cal)
Meal 03: Apple slices (40 cal)
SUPPLEMENTS: Benefiber 2 servings (30 cal)
Water Intake: 2 qt.
TOTAL CALORIES: 410

Yeah buddy! 341lbs!! Not bad for a guy who has only been doing this for 60 days! lol. now im excited to get into the 330 range...that will the weight i was when me and my wife had our first son, back in december of 05! WOO HOO!! I really am happy about my progress, and yeah, besides my feet and knee, i feel really good! im not craving stuff like i use too...and i feel in control, and that is by far the best part about this whole experience. i feel like im dictating how my body should act...not the junk! lol. Anywho, i love weigh in day, and i cant wait to do it again in 20 more days!:) ps: special thanks to my wife for helping me out so much. she's not dieting the same as me, but eating better, and she's down 16lbs or so! YEAH BABY!!:)
