Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast Sandwich, 2 cups Veggies (320 cal)
Meal 03: Apple slices (40 cal)

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
One cool thing about today, was that i tried my wedding ring on. it still doesnt fit my ring finger..almost, but im wearing it now on my pinky finger. i hope when i get under 300 lbs or so that it will fit my finger again. ive really missed wearing it.
