Day 59 - 111109


Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, low fat cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (250 cal)
Meal 03: Apple slices (40 cal)
SUPPLEMENTS: Benefiber 2 servings (30 cal)


Water Intake: 2 qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 410

None

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Because i wasnt by any water at the time, i spoon fed myself the benefiber! lol. it was actually not that bad, minus the feeling of having a mouth full of powder. lol. anywho, looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in. LETS DO THIS! Oh, and im still really low on my cals so i will need to find something else to make up about 40 more cals a day. hmmmm?
