Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, low fat cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 3 turkey sausages (330 cal)
Water Intake: 2 qt.

DAMN KNEE! its funny, because i thought i would start feeling better, as i started to lose weight...but brtween my sore feet and my bum knee - im not feeling to good. lol. oh well, its not gonna be easy i guess, and thats okay...i cant let it slow me down. lets go week 9!
