Meal 01: 1/4 lite cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (110 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 1 1/2 cups Veggies, 1/4 lite cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (320 cal)
Meal 03: 1 cup Apple Slices (40 cal)
Water Intake: 3 qt. 1/2 Crystal Light.
TOTAL CALORIES: 470
EXERCISE:
10 Minute cardio
D-Bell Bicep curls 50lbs 1x10

Today went pretty good..i will admit that i was a little bummed out from the scale, i weighed on it a few hours later and i was a lot lighter...so i might have a bad scale! i have a solution though. anyways, besides that things went well. i did feel really hungry towards dinner, but i was just hungry...i wasnt craving anything but what i had planned for dinner...although, like i mentioned in the video, braxton had a cookie after his dinner, and man did it look good! i didnt smell it, because i knew i would want it!!! not being weak though...im just saying that cookies are yummy!:) also, as you can see my workout for today was really light! im really nervous about doing too much at this point....so one exercise and a few minutes of cardio are probably all i'll do for the next month or so...we'll see. all in all, today was pretty good. i cant believe this is day ten! feels like i started doing this like a day ago. lol. C'MON DAY 200!!
