Day 7 - 092009


Meal 01: 1/4 lite cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (110 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 lite cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (300 cal)
Meal 03: 1 cup Apple Slices (60 cal)

Water Intake: 2 1/2 qt. 1/2 Crystal Light.

TOTAL CALORIES: 470

No exercise.

Additional Notes:
Today went pretty good...I did get pretty hungry towards dinner, but had been almost 12hrs since I kast ate. Good though, concidering. I'm stoked that Im already down one week! WOO HOO! I honestly didnt think i would do this well one week in. AWESOME! ALSO! I liked the dinner i had tonight. I like having veggies with dinner since you can have a lot, and still be low on cals..it helped to add some hot sauce to the veggies..it was a nice twist on what can often be boring veggies. lol. All and all, i am stoked about how good things are going. Day 8...BRING IT!
