Meal 01: Egg Beaters, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (120 cal)
Meal 02: Subway Sandwich Sweet Onion Chicken Teryaki (380 cal)
Water Intake: 2 1/2 qt. 1/2 Crystal Light.
TOTAL CALORIES: 500
No exercise.
Additional Notes:
Today went pretty good..I started having cravings after my Subway sandwich...it was really good. and then being at my folks place, my mom had fresh baked brownies...and they were eating hot dogs...it all smelled and looked so good! I wish i wouldve had apple slices with me, but im glad i didnt actually...i just found out that my Subway meal was 380 cals...which put me right at 500 cals for the day...DAMN!!! At looks like I'm just having a drink and going to bed..No worries though, I'm still excited for what I'm doing. ALSO! When i put my shorts on today..they felt like they went on a little easier...i dont know, maybe it was just me, but they felt a little bigger in the waist:)
