Meal 01: Egg Beaters, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (120 cal)
Meal 02: 3 pieces low cal toast. 3/4 cup fat free c-cheese, 2 teaspoons salsa, 1 cup apple slices (350 cal)
Meal 03: Apple slices (25 cal)
Water Intake: 2 1/2 qt. 1/2 Crystal Light.
TOTAL CALORIES: 495
No exercise.

Word for the day...CRAVINGS!! Man they were killing me today! That and the thoughts of quitting...they go hand and hand. I just kept telling myself that I'm strong enough to see this through. Yeah it sucks,,and my gut is hurting, and my energy is low, but my desire to make it all the way to day 200 will not let me fail. I think that I will have a fatty meal or two on Halloween..but I dont know yet. Maybe I can make it to Thanksgiving! That would be awesome. Halloween would be awes too though...That's like 44-45 days away still. I still am really excited to get my new weight scale! Then I can see how well I'm doing. I just think about how great i will look and feel later, and it helps to fight against the cravings...even though they suck hardcore! ALSO! I cant watch shows with people eating...I watched a short clip online of Dan the Laptop man and Big Budah eating at Rodizio's...and all i could think about was how good that meat and fatty food looked....it was tough...so no more doing that! No more food channel!!!:) ALSO! I am a little nervous for tomorrow, being that its Friday and my wife is off work..its usually our date night and we always go out and eat...i dont know what we'll do tomorrow, but if we go out....i'll have to be stronger than ever to resist the fat!!!
