Meal 01: 1/4 lite cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (110 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 1 1/2 cups Veggies, 1/4 lite cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (310 cal)
Meal 03: 1 cup Apple Slices (80 cal)
Water Intake: 3 qt. 1/2 Crystal Light.
TOTAL CALORIES: 500
No exercise.

Besides learning that I've been off a day..thinking all day that it was the 21st instead of the 22nd...everything has gone really well. lol. no cravings, no hunger pains, no feelings of nausea after i eat...yup things are going well. im also noticing that the small portions are actually filling me up a lot! Seriously, i mean i feel really full!!! Its crazy! anyways, today was good, and im excited to face tomorrow...whatever the real date is! lol! ALSO! I think im going to start working out a little bit starting tomorrow...maybe just a few weight lifts...very light. we'll see.
