Meal 01: Egg beater, salsa, and low cal wheat toast (120 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken Sandwich, two pieces low cal wheat toast, 1/4 cup fat-free cottage cheese (355 cal)
Water Intake: 3 qt. 1/2 Crystal Light.
TOTAL CALORIES: 475
No exercise.
Additional Notes:
I feel pretty good, considering I've cut my calories so much. I was hungry around my last meal 2, but nothing i felt like i couldn't control. If it's this easy...my next 200 days should be easier than I thought....yeah right! LOL! I'm just waiting for it to get tougher...we'll see. I dont have a scale yet, so I'm really anxious to get one, so I can start measuring that aspect of my progress. I should have a new scale within the next 3 weeks....man that seems like forever!
