Day 17 - 093009
Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (105 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast (275 cal)
Meal 03: 1 cup Apple Slices (40 cal)
Water Intake: 2 1/2 qt. 1 Crystal Light drink bottle.
TOTAL CALORIES: 420
EXERCISE:
1 mile walk outside
Seated Rows - 95lbs - 3x15

Today was a lot better than yesterday as far as enery goes. I felt a lot less tired, and that was nice. still no cravings or hunger pains...but i am excited to try some of that pasta i heard about today, Sherytaki...im sure i spelled it wrong! lol. nevertheless, i am excited to try it. i enjoyed my walk tonight, but it was still tough. i cant wait to get down to a weight where i can job a little. my feet are still sore, but im just pushing through it. not sure if its gout or what...i just hope it doesnt get worse anytime soon. i did a little lifting, but the weight felt pretty heavy..anywho, i am really low on my calories because im eating a different kind of chicken breast, and my wife bought fat free cottage cheese instead of the low fat type ive been having...the fat free has 80 cals per serving...and the low fat has 90 cals per serving..but the taste is better for sure...so im fine with a few extra calories...i really dont like being this low on the calories so ill try and increase it a little more tomorrow. Day 18....ready or not...here i come!!!:)
