Day 12 - 092509


Meal 01: 1/4 lite cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (110 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 1 1/2 cups Veggies, 1/4 lite cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (320 cal)
Meal 03: 1 cup Apple Slices (40 cal)

Water Intake: 1 1/2 qt. 1/2 Crystal Light.

TOTAL CALORIES: 470

EXERCISE:
1/2 mile walk outside

Additional Notes:
Today was great! Went really well...i did have a small craving for my son's macaroni salad at dinner...it smelled great! No biggie though...i can say i havent craved sweets all day...no more cookie cravings:) I went on a great 1/2 mile walk around the hood and it felt great...my legs were sore but not bad...im excited to go even further tomorrow night. Anyways, today was really nice....i can honestly say that this low cal diet is easier than i ever thought it would be.
