Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 1 cup Veggies, low fat cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, (225 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (40 cal)
Supplement: Benefiber 3 servings (45 cal)


Water Intake: 2 qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 400

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Okay i lied...i am pretty low on cals today. i forgot that im eating a different type of mixed veggies, and its only 25 cals per cup, and i only had one cup since thats all we had left. i use to eat some that were 40 cals per cup, and i was eating two cups...so tonight i had about 55 cals less...anyways, i feel fine. still taking benefiber, but i figure the extra fiber is good for me anyways. and my feet feel good...and like i said in the video, cardio this morning felt nice. at night im usually drained by the time i get to cardio...so maybe ill start doing cardio in the mornings. we'll see. overall, today was good.:)
