Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (105 cal)
Meal 02: Three Cheese SMART ONE, shredded lettuce (340 cal)
Meal 03: 1 cup Apple Slices (40 cal)
Water Intake: 3 qt.
TOTAL CALORIES: 485
EXERCISE:
1 mile walk outside
Seated Rows - 95lbs - 3x15

Today was good...besides my feet! They hurt! I hope its not gout, but if it is, i'll be ready. im not going to let sore throbbing feet slow me down. i'll stick to what im doing and thats that! anywho today went well, no cravings or hunger pains at all...dinner was a nice change up, NO CHICKEN! lol! but i really do want to stick with whole foods more so i wont have a Smart One for awhile...maybe once a week is okay. and tonights walk, regardless of the pain in my feet went really well. i felt like it was easier...not sure if i was faster, but my legs weren't burning as much as yesterday. Thats cool. who knows? one day i might be running a 5k. lol.and like i said in the video, im going to weigh myself every 20 days, which means i'll be weighing in on the the 3rd of October. I wonder what the scale will say. That will be 12-13 days since i last weighed in at 391lbs....even though im not concerned too much about the actual number, i am still nervous. i guess i just want to see some sort of loss, just to motivate me, or confirm that what im doing is working. Whatever though, i think im doing great, just eating better:)
