Day 37 - 102009


Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 cup low cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 3 mini turkey sausages (330 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (50 cal)

Water Intake: 2qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 470

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Today was boring....because it went just as well as the last several days, minus the feet with gout:( I have decided to force myself outside to the garage to do some speed squats sometime tomorrow...even if only for a few minutes. And its funny, but i keep thinking about my weigh in on Friday. im really excited!:) not really because i want to see how much weight ive lost...but actually yeah...because i really want to see how much weight ive lost! lol! that and im just stoked to be in the "40" days. i figure by the first week of november, i'll be on day 50, and a quarter of the way through my 200 day goal...thats awesome!!!
