Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 cup low cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast (280 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (30 cal)
Water Intake: 1qt.

so today was pretty much nasty...my foot is in so much pain. i finally broke down and called my bro to bring me some of his gout meds...he gets it too, he's in really good shape too so it just goes to show that anyone can get it...my diet is really low on cals tonight i just am not that hungry...all i can do is lay here and feel the pain all day. not fun! i was hoping to be able to do some sort of cardio, bit i just cant stand up at all! and the meds are just tripn' me out. what a way to start week 5! lol but as depressing as today was, i cant give up. this is something i will beat....NO MATTER HOW MUCH IY HURTS ME!
