WOO HOO! Today was awes! I finally weighed in and i was really, really stoked! I've lost over 35lbs in only 40 days! Now, Im not convinced that i'll lose this much every time i weigh in, but hey...i'll take it for now!lol. Im just happy to see the progress with everything im doing..like ive said everyday for the last little while, the diet is no big deal...and i feel good...besides my feet. lol. i really do think im going in the right direction and that im making some REAL lifestyle changes...ALSO...i bought some jeans online from old navy, size 48...which is the biggest size they make, but they fit...with a little room too spare! ive always had a pretty wide waist....even when i weighed 200lbs i was wearing 36's. i dont think ive been in 32's since junior high school....17 years ago! lol..anyways, i had a great day and had Subway again with my wife..we finally had a night alone...for 2 hours as the boys played at gma's house:) what a great way to celebrate...my wife has lost about 11lbs! woo hoo! she's doing awes too!
