Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 cup low cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast. 3 mini sausages (330 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (40 cal)

Today was a good day...i cant even count how many days this is in a row, that i havent had any cravings for anything unhealthy. what a feeling. i love it! i thought i might have some sweets this Halloween, kind of as a way to celebrate 50 days of healthy eating...but im really thinking that i wont. i mean why? i feel like gaining control over my stomach is a good enough payback for all the unhealthy meals ive been avoiding...i wanna get out of the whole "lets celebrate with junk food" mentality. just being healthy, and among family and friends should be the most important thing...not what we eat for a quick buzz...i dont know, im just thinking out loud i guess. lol. i guess the real test would be for me to have a cookie on halloween, and see if i crave more than just that one! hmmm? anyways, i cant believe its already the weekend, and ive been lying in bed all week...wow! well, heres to day 34! C'MON BIG BOY!
