Day 47 - 103009


Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 cup low cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 3 mini turkey sausages (330 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (40 cal)

Water Intake: 2 qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 460

EXERCISE:
Speed Squats 10x1 minute intervals,

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
WOO HOO! I finally got some cardio in. it was tough, because wearing a med boot requires you to balance a little more, but i did it! it felt so good to get a good sweat on!! i cant wait to do it again soon. im going to take some pain killers tonight and hopefully i feel good enough tomorrow night, after trick or treating with the family, to do some more cardio. i dont think ill be walking a mile anytime soon, but the intervals feel good. as far as the diet...nothing different. no cravings, even when the family was making sugar cookies..i licked some frosting off my fingers, because we didnt have any napkins at the table, and seriously....i wasnt even craving sweets. whoa! i guess my sweet toothe is rotting away! lol.
