Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 cup low cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 3 mini turkey sausages (330 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (50 cal)
Water Intake: 1 1/2 qt.

Yeah, today was good...nothing new to report as far as cravings and hunger pains...none at all! i really should consider myelf lucky, because im sure there are people who have a real hard time with this kind of diet...and for that, im sorry. Now i know i said i was going to "force" myself to do cardio, but my feet were still too sore to try anything. i just dont want to push it, and then have my feet more sore for even longer...that just isnt a good plan. i think last night i was just really pumped about wanting to do some sort of cardio...all in good time. i just need to stay focussed on the diet right now, and when my feet are ready....cardio is mine!:) well, as always, im still just thinking about day 40 and weighing in...i cant wait!
