Today was a good day. the diet was easy to stick with, with no humger pains or cravings...the turkey burger was really good! my apples tonight were a mix a tart and sweet slices, which was a nice little treat. my water intake has been low, and i really need to keep it up to at least 2 qts. my feet are feeling like theyre getting better...slowly but surely. lol. anyways, im excited to be on week 6 starting tomorrow, and this Friday will be the day i weigh in..WOO HOO! Whatever the scale reads...im proud of myself for sticking to this diet so well. LETS GO WEEK 6!
