Day 28 - 101109
Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Turkey Burger, 3 mini Turkey Sausages (350 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices with Carmel dip, minus the dip (30 cal)
Water Intake: 3qt.
TOTAL CALORIES: 470
EXERCISE:
Speed Squats - 7x1 minute intervals 1x3 minute burnout
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Yeah, so like i said in the video..today had some good and some bad. the diet was great, and dinner was awes! But my gout was really not cool. at least i still got some cardio in, regardless of the fact that i couldnt put any pressure on the front of my left foot...even putting my running shoes on was too much weight, and killed! i stayed in my house slippers all day...even for cardio. lol. whatever it takes right? lol. anyways im happy to have another week under my belt, and i cant wait to get week 5 out of the way too. also, im very curious to see what my weight is at on the 40th day...which i think is either the 23rd or 24th of this month...Any guesses on what my weight will be at on that day?? Remember, i weighed in at 377lbs on October 3rd.
