Day 20 - Weighing In - 100309


Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (105 cal)
Meal 02: Subway's Sweet Onion Teryaki Chicken Sandwich (380 cal)

Water Intake: 1 qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 485

EXERCISE:
1 mile walk outside

Additional Notes:
DAY 20! I cant say enough, about how easy the last 20 days has gone..okay not easy, easy, but easier than i thought it would be. i thought it was going to be so hard and all i would do all day is crave sweets and cheese burgers...but i haven't! ive been able to stick to only eating 500 calories or less, and even enjoy it! i get full at dinner and i dont feel like eating a buffet all the time. i truly can see this working for a long time! im excited to have lost 14lbs since i last weighed in on the 8th day...but im not expecting that kind of weight loss at each weigh in. im more proud of myself for sticking with this for this long...and seeing 10% of my goal - reached! If my feet didnt hurt so much, this would be even better...but thats alright..it hasnt stopped me from pushing forward with this. and like i mentioned in my video, having my wife doing this with me, is a HUGE help! she's my cheerleader, my inspiration and i couldnt do it without her. Thanks babe, love you!!!:) HERE'S TO THE NEXT 20 DAYS!
