Day 23 - 100609


Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 cup low cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast (280 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (40 cal)

Water Intake: 3qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 410

EXERCISE:
Speed Squats - 7x1 minute intervals - 1x3 minute interval burnout.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Man, I'm getting lower and lower on my calories...i think i will add something worth 50-60 cals to my diet starting tomorrow...i feel fine, and again, no cravings or hunger pains today. and i actually had to force the last few bites down. ive done good on my water and my cardio was great! i did 3 minutes straight on my Speed Squat intervals. thats really good for me. my legs were on fire! but they felt really good. my energy was great today, and my feet were...ah, so so. not 100% but i think they're doing okay...i think maybe its not Gout, but maybe im just too heavy to be walking so much on the street...even though its just a mile a night. i mean i have over 170lbs more on my body, than i did in 2002! thats a lot of extra weight that my feet might not be strong enough to support all the walking. but thats okay. as soon as i get the weight down i'll be able to do more on my feet...enough about my feet! LOL! Today was another pretty easy day, and i cant wait to get tomorrow started:)
