Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1 & a Half Links of Turkey Sausage (365 cal)

Today was another good day! everything went really well, and even though i ran out of a few of the food items im use too..i was able to stay the course. but man, it sure felt like a lot of meat at dinner time. lol. no worries though, i kept it in my calories. my walk tonight was really late...about 11pm. i wanted to watch a movie with my wife first, so thats why. and i actually felt really good. my feet seem to be getting a little better, so that helps too. i got in so late though from my walk, that i didnt really feel like eating apple slices...so i didn't. and i feel okay. i havent had any hunger pains or cravings...at least none that made it hard to focus. anyways, it's late so i think ill say Good Night for now.:) OH! I was online and stumbled across the "Spiral Slicer". It helps you turn raw veggies like Zuccini into pasta like noodles! I think im going to snag one up...only $25!:)
