Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 cup low cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 3 mini turkey sausages (330 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (50 cal)
Water Intake: 1qt.

Today was nice. the diet is just as easy as it has ever been. i dont even think about it anymore. i mean really, i keep thinking things will get hard, but its just not happening! lol. im not looking any gift horses in the mouth, but man...i did not expect this 36 days in. speaking of day 36. this starts week six! six weeks in and i feel great! i know that isnt that long, but you gotta remember i havent had any kind of cheat meal or junk food in over 5 weeks! thats awes!! and hell yeah im proud of myself for that. anywho, my feet are not as good as i wouldve wanted by today. oh well, cant complain about things i cant change...just accept it and move on. Anywho...week 6...Im here baby!!:)
