Yeah, today was great! My feet seem a little bit better, but who knows how they'll feel tomorrow. I really liked switching dinner up a bit, and those Turkey Sausages are so damn good! I could eat those everyday! i actually was thinking about packing a few of those for thanksgiving dinner this year. anyways, things went well with cardio, i actually pushed it on the last interval and went 2 minutes straight! i usually do 1 minute at a time, so to double that, felt great!the only bummer today was still getting that pain in my abs when doing situps...ouch! maybe when i lose more weight, it wont hurt as much...i dont know. i might need to get it looked at soon...blah:( well, enough said. today was a great end to 3 weeks of doing this....here's to week 4!

Hi there! Thanks for visiting my blog. :)
ReplyDeleteI am not a doctor....but I am worried about your low calories. You might consider increasing your calories to the 1200-1500 range.....sticking mostly to lean meats and veggies and the cottage cheese is also a good bet. You could eat SO much more than you are now...and it would be a lot healthier for your body. What you are doing now is making your body think it is in starvation mode...which will decrease your metabolism. Right now...you want your metabolism to be revving high...not decreasing.
Anyway....sorry....did not mean to come in here and blast you. I am just worried that 500 cals a day for a 377 pound man might hurt you and might actually sabatoge your goals.
You could try 3-4 meals a day of 300-400 calories each. I bet you would still see the same weight loss result...or more....and you'd have more energy and also have the motivation to keep it up!
I will cheer you on, regardless! Good job on setting your goals and for working toward them!! :)
hey! Way to go on the 14 lb. loss! Like Greta said though, you really could probably lose the same amount of weight, or MORE if you ate a bit more, and might not have so much pain when you work out. You need to feed those muscles you're building! :)
ReplyDeleteI hope you do figure out whats going on with your stomach pain though, it may just be a cramped muscle, like a charlie horse in your tummy, I have NO idea what a hernia (sp?) feels like though so you might wanna get that checked or google it at the very least.
Any ways, great job on sticking to your diet and exercise! Wish I could be so dedicated. I am officially on day 1 right now and cant get my butt goin... arg.
Hope your monday is shaping up well! :D
