Meal 02: Turkey Bacon BLT, 2 cups Veggies, 3 mini sausages (340 cal)

Today was good..my gout seems to be getting a little easier to deal with. i havent really walked too much today, but it just isnt as sore as the last few days. i am taking 800mg of Tylenol every 12 hours, and i may try a little less starting tomorrow morning. i hate pills!!! anywho, the diet is good...like its been for awhile...i love feeling in control of my diet! we had really yummy turkey blt's and i loved 'em!!! the old me would have wanted like 3 of 'em and some chips and then some pie's for desert....no more of that nonsense!! Now im able to feel good about what i eat, and just enjoy a healthy portion. that feels really good. Anyways, im happy to be at the end of the day, and im ready to tackle tomorrow...taking no mercy:)
