Day 27 - 101009


Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Turkey Bacon BLT on low cal bread, 3 extra pieces of bacon, serving of low cal fat free pringles. (380 cal)

Water Intake: 3qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 470

EXERCISE:
NONE AT FREAKN' ALL!!!:)

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Today went okay...i say okay because my feet really hurt and ive been a little more tired than usual. i hope i get good sleep tonight. Dinner was awes though! so good! the bacon and the fat free pringles really made it feel like a cheat meal, even though i was well within my calories today. Still though, it felt nice. And i think that taking a day off from working out will be good for me...im hoping so. anyways...not much to say, today was okay and im looking forward to finishing out week 4 tomorrow.
