Today ends week 6! besides my feet, it was a great week...especially after fridays weigh in. as far as today goes, everything went really good. i was able to walk a little more and my feet seemed to be better...i have been taking pain killers so that could be helping me out. i hope this week is the week im able to start cardio up again..i miss it! and of course...the diet was easy breezy! so anywho, farewell to week 6...and lets get it on week 7! OH! One really positive thing today..I put on a shirt that I havent worn for awhile because it was getting too tight in the gut area...seriously, every time i sat down, i thought the buttons going down my shirt were going to pop off..but today i put it on, and it was so loose in the stomach area. it was baggy when i sat down with it on. i was stoked. my wife even noticed it:)

I'm glad to see you're losing weight and feeling better but are you REALLY only eating 470 calories a day? Is the medically advised for you? You probably should be eating around 1500 even if you're not exercising. Believe me, you'd be doing yourself a favor to eat a bit more.
