Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon salsa (105 cal)
Meal 02: Spaghetti with Shiritaki Noodles, Turkey Sausage (340 cal)
Meal 03: 1 cup Apple Slices (40 cal)
Water Intake: 1 qt.
TOTAL CALORIES: 485
EXERCISE:
1 mile walk outside

Today was really nice...besides my feet - AGAIN! They kill! Oh well, nothing much i can do about that, that i know of. The highlight of the day had to be our trip to the Asian Market...because we found the Shiritaki Noodles. They were good in the Spaghetti we made, but it could have been better. Dont get me wrong, it was a whole lot better than nothing! And the fact that it was so low cal, made it all the better. I ate a lot and it was only 340 calories total. I will definetly be eating more Shiritaki Noodles throughout the duration of my 200 days. And one more thing...i didnt drink a lot of water today...i will do better tomorrow.
