Day 25 - 100809


Meal 01: 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, 1 teaspoon (90 cal)
Meal 02: Chicken breast, 2 cups Veggies, 1/4 cup low cottage cheese, 1 piece low cal toast, Half a Turkey Sausage (335 cal)
Meal 03: Apple Slices (40 cal)

Water Intake: 3qt.

TOTAL CALORIES: 465

EXERCISE:
Speed Squats - 7x1 minute 3 minute burnout
Bent Over Rows 225lbs 3x15,12,12 / Standing Preacher Bar Curls 75lbs 3x21's

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
What can i say? this is just going great! no hunger pains, no cravings and i feel full & energized...more so than i did before i started doing this. im so happy that ive found something i can stick with...who knew? LOL! Now as i post my meals for the day, it really is the same food everyday, day in, day out...and you think this would be a pain, but really, the routine of it is comforting. i know what to expect. i know how ill feel afterwards and how my body will react...i like knowing that...and even though the meals themselves get a little "blah"... i feel really good. to be honest, i think its the routine that is the best part about this...i know what im going to eat...and i know at the end of the day...ill be just fine. no surprises. anyways, on to other things. m cardio was great,,,and the sweat was a flown'! my lifting went well to, and i can't wait till im able to do more...i mean i feel like i can lift more, but i just want to ease into it...all in good time. my feet are still sore, but not as bad...knock on wood...anyways, today was great and im excited to be sticking with this so well. LETS DO THIS!!!!:)
